Museum of the Central Industrial District is a member of the Association of Engineering Art Museums.

The Association of Engineering Art Museums is an entity intended to represent the interests and express the needs of the technical museum community and to serve as a program and organizational resource for the Engineering Art Heritage Forum.

The purpose of the Association is public advocacy on the issue of technical museums, dissemination of knowledge about the objects of engineering art, their history, equipment and functioning, and the development of the Polish doctrine of the heritage of engineering art, promoting standards for their protection and care.
